Guess what planet covered in 70% water doesn’t have to sign-up to the new Digg with Facebook, and can now use Twitter for authentication.

Team Followback. Is it a good look?
Do you know the #teamfollowback life? Are you living it?
Is it common courtesy? Is it desperate? It cool comradery?
Does it work?

Digg will allow Twitter auth by end of the week
When the new Digg launched, it only allowed sign-up with Facebook (claiming it was an anti-spam measure). It was by far the biggest complaint I saw from anybody who checked it out. (Full disclosure, I didn’t like it either.)

(Gotta blog this out so people don’t question their sanity. Too much chatter on Twitter with no documentation.)
You’re not crazy. Twitter is untiling the background image in a lot of peoples’ profile. And it wasn’t a one-time thing that we can now repair. It happened, you set it back. It happens again.
Guess who’s not crazy.
Broken:
Fixed:
But it’ll...

How spammers unintentionally help Mashable...
You’ve seen it in action, but maybe haven’t quite understood what exactly was going on.
Trending Topics on Twitter like:
Thirst Re-imagines Twitter
Yahoo CEO
Music on iPad again
They’re Mashable headlines! Or at least pieces of them. And due to their frequency/velocity/quantity, they trend on Twitter for many folks, pretty much every day.
Here’s why it happens:...
